1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Tags, labels, and accessories (if any) should be intact and included.
- Some products, such as personalised or final sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check product details before purchasing.

2. How to Return an Item:

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with your order.
- If your return is eligible for free return shipping, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider. This will be processed after return has been approved.

5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. International Returns:
- We currently do not sell outside outside of South Africa.
